La v\u00e9lodyss\u00e9e is a not-to-be-missed route along the Atlantic coast, with a safe, signposted route. Built on roads off-limits to vehicles, this 1,200km route crosses the west of France.<\/p>

Following part of the v\u00e9lodyss\u00e9e, you can reach Lac de L\u00e9on, which is home to a large nature reserve. At this point, you can board a flat-bottomed boat to enjoy the beauty of the natural wealth of the Landes Amazon. Particularly in autumn, nature offers up some bewitching and highly captivating colours.<\/p>

What's more, it runs for 160km from the beaches of Biscarrosse to Tarnos. The Velodyss\u00e9e is an ideal route for a rewarding cycle ride. The route also crosses Seignosse from north to south and is shared between pedestrians and cyclists. The Seignosse and Capbreton route is gently undulating, skirting the sand dune, crossing Lake Hossegor and taking you all the way to Capbreton harbour.
