All routes can be adapted to suit the level of the group.
1 Wheel (Beginner) Suitable for people in normal physical condition with no medical contraindications.
Description of the stay Stages between 30 and 50 km and/or a positive altitude difference of less than 500 metres.

2 Wheels (Moderate)Ideal for those who are in good physical condition and regularly practise an endurance sport (running, cycling, swimming...), with no medical contraindications.
Description of the stay : Stages of between 50 and 70 km and/or a positive altitude difference of between 500 and 1000 metres.


3 Wheels (Intermediate): Perfect for people in good shape who are used to endurance sports and routes with gradients, particularly climbing a few mountain passes by bike.
Description of the stay Stages of between 70 and 90 km and/or a positive altitude difference of between 1000 and 1500 metres.



4 Wheels (Difficult)For athletes in excellent physical condition who regularly do endurance sports, particularly in the mountains.
Tour description : Stages of 90 to 110 km and/or a positive altitude difference of between 1,500 and 2,000 metres.
⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️ 5 Wheels (Expert) For very experienced cyclists in optimum physical condition, training 3 to 4 times a week in endurance (running, cycling, swimming, etc.). Experience of at least 30 cycling outings per year, including climbs of mountain passes with 1500 metres of positive difference in altitude, is recommended.
Description of the stay Stages of more than 110 km and/or a positive altitude difference of more than 2,000 metres, and possibly more than 3,000 metres.
