LEVEL : This circuit is accessible to all and will introduce you to the Mountain biking. There are a few stretches of road with little traffic, particularly in the villages, but above all there are wide, rolling tracks and gradual changes in altitude, all set against a mountain backdrop that changes with every kilometre. This tour will give you the chance to hear the story of the Pyrenean heritage.
(Re)Discover VTTAE on some of the most beautiful trails in the Pyrenean valleys and picturesque mountain villages.
Departing from one of our shops in Saint-Lary SoulanFollow the guide along forest paths and visit the surrounding villages.
Several routes are available, depending on the option chosen (time/level of difficulty) and the weather conditions.
In particular, you can pass through the village of Vignec then take a forest track past a Bigorre black pig farm to Cadeilhan Trachère.
After a change of slope and scenery, come back to the village of Tramezaigues for a refreshing stop-off with its mountain water fountain... Stroll along the pretty Caneilles path to SailhanThen, depending on the option you choose, you can follow the lower valley paths or climb the forest paths to the very beautiful Pla d'Arsoué and Ourtigué to discover the mountain pastures and their shepherd's huts.

These are definitely mountainous areas, with green forests, summer pastures, remote mountain villages, and the high peaks of the Pyrenees as a backdrop.
More or less technical circuits, including some in the Louron valley, known and ridden by riders from all over the world during the Enduro World Series!
This year, from 22 to 25 September, the Pyrenees Bike Festival offers us more than just the Enduro World Championship rounds, but the final!
Here you’ll have an opportunity to discover internationally renowned single tracks.
Another possibility is to do the ascents via the Skyvall lift and just enjoy the singles on the descent.

LEVEL Minimum level required: 12 years and over / comfortable with mountain biking. Beginners to advanced, riding lessons or 2-day course.
100% downhill with DH mountain bike lessons at the Saint-Lary Pla d'Adet Bike Park!
Our specialist MCF Bike Park instructors will take you out in groups of different levels to ride in complete safety in the Saint-Lary Pla d'Adet area.
The Bike Park is part of the ski area, with 10 downhill mountain bike trails (green to black runs).
After checking in at the shop at the foot of the pistes, we'll take the Bouleaux chairlift to the top of the resort, with its magnificent panoramic view of the Pyrenees.
Then it's off downhill, with a programme of banked corners, jumps, obstacle clearance and braking... Adrenalin guaranteed!

LEVEL Depending on the level of the group - beginner or expert - the instructor will organise a day of fine-tuning. Here the VTTAE is a great help for more fun climbs.
A complete change of scenery thanks to this day in Spain at the legendary Zona Zero site.
Zona Zero is the paradise for mountain bikers stretching for hundreds of kilometres, created by a group of passionate local volunteers.
They have cleared and signposted a multitude of paths through their wild and fabulous territory.
Zona Zero is 10 zones bringing together all the historic routes, with 5 levels of difficulty.

The tours reveal superb singles preceded by often demanding climbs to fabulous vantage points overlooking the Pyrenees. la Pena Montanesa - Lake Mediano... Forest paths with steep cliffs, pine forests or lunar plateaux with the famous grey earth. Crossing rios and canyons to take a break in the warm pools...
We look forward to discovering Aragonese treasures such as small, authentic and remote hamlets, as well as relics of history that are often well-preserved in a wild setting.
Most of the time, we give priority to departure from Ainsa (about 1 hour from Saint-Lary), a charming Aragonese town with a historic centre that has been preserved over time, we'll set off on one of the many cycling itineraries belonging to the ZONA ZERO.
Afterwards, a short lunch break will be welcome. Plan together: a picnic or restaurant (many are equipped to receive mountain bikers: bike garage, VTTAE charging point, etc.).
The afternoon will continue with a 2nd mountain bike circuitbefore heading back to St Lary.

Explore the pine forests of the Landes via Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton.
We set off from Lac d'Hossegor in the direction of Seignosse, turning quickly onto roads through the forest.
We join up with some lovely paths and forest tracks to head back down towards the market town of Soorts and then straight on to Capbreton.
Once we're in Capbreton, we'll head slowly back towards Lac d'Hossegor along the cycle paths.
Distance: 33.5km

From the Joe Bike shop, we leave the car park and head left along the cycle path towards Soorts.
We're heading towards Hossegor, and at the supermarket we cross the road and then the car park to get behind the supermarket.
Once behind us, we can begin the climb leading directly onto all the forest tracks.
At the end of the route, watch out for the sandy descent leading straight back to the main road.

Leaving the Pins Tranquilles car park, we take the road alongside the Etiquette restaurant, on the way to Lac d'Hossegor.
We continue straight ahead to reach Parc Rosny. Once we reach Parc Rosny, we turn right to join the road alongside the lake. We skirt part of the lake before forking right to reach Super Hossegor. Be careful on the way up, but there's an extraordinary view from the top. On the way back, we continue around the lake before reaching the beautiful district on the other side of the lake. There are many breathtaking villas. Finally, we set off together to breathe in the sea air and discover a rather pleasant square, from which you might be lucky enough to see some dolphins. We return quietly to the car park, following the cycle path that leads to the Canal d'Hossegor bridge.

Lovely mountain bike loop in the Seignosse woods, on a track with good access.
From the Etang Noir Nature Reserve car park, we set off in the direction of the reserve house, but we stayed on the road.
On our left is the entrance to a forest track, which we take.
We continue through the forest on a carriage road for the whole loop.
We cross the road to join the route on the north side of the forest.
We return to the start car park via the route des étangs.
