- 1 can : I cycle at least once a week for 50 to 100 km and I've rarely, if ever, done any mountain biking.
- 2 cans : I'm a regular cyclist (2 to 4 times a week) and I'm able to ride on hilly routes without too much difficulty. I've already ridden on mountain roads.
- 3 cans I'm a seasoned cyclist (more than 8,000 km a year) and I'm able to handle any difficulty, regardless of the gradient. I've already climbed several mountain passes and I'm experienced in the mountains.
