NIVEAU : Ce circuit est accessible à tous pour vous initier au VTT de montagne. Quelques passages sur routes peu fréquentées notamment dans les villages, mais surtout des pistes larges et roulantes, des dénivelés progressifs le tout dans un décor montagnard qui varie au fil des kilomètres. Ce circuit sera l’occasion de vous laisser conter le patrimoine pyrénéen.
(Re)Découvrez le VTTAE à travers les plus beaux sentiers des vallées pyrénéennes, et des pittoresques villages de montagne.
Au départ de l’un de nos magasins de Saint-Lary Soulan, suivez le guide à travers des chemins forestiers et visitez les villages alentour.
Plusieurs circuits sont proposés selon la formule choisie (temps/niveau de difficulté), et les conditions météorologiques.
Vous pourrez notamment traverser le village de Vignec puis, par une piste forestière passant près d’un élevage de porcs noirs de Bigorre, rejoindre Cadeilhan Trachère.
Après avoir changé de versant et de décor, retrouvez le village de Tramezaigues pour une halte rafraîchissante grâce à sa fontaine d’eau de nos montagnes… Arpentez le joli chemin de Caneilles jusqu’à Sailhan, puis selon la formule choisie, parcourez les sentiers de bas de vallée ou, prenez de l’altitude par des chemins forestiers jusqu’aux très beaux Pla d’Arsoué et Ourtigué permettant la découverte des plateaux d’estives et de leurs maisons de berger.

These are definitely mountainous areas, with green forests, summer pastures, remote mountain villages, and the high peaks of the Pyrenees as a backdrop.
More or less technical circuits, including some in the Louron valley, known and ridden by riders from all over the world during the Enduro World Series!
This year, from 22 to 25 September, the Pyrenees Bike Festival offers us more than just the Enduro World Championship rounds, but the final!
Here you’ll have an opportunity to discover internationally renowned single tracks.
Another possibility is to do the ascents via the Skyvall lift and just enjoy the singles on the descent.

Nos moniteurs MCF spécialisés Bike Park vous emmènent par groupe de niveau pour piloter en toute sécurité sur le domaine de Saint-Lary Pla d’Adet.
Le Bike Park, c’est une partie du domaine skiable aménagé en 10 pistes de VTT de descente (piste verte à piste noire).
Après s’être équipé au magasin au pied des pistes, nous emprunterons le télésiège des Bouleaux pour rejoindre le haut de station avec son magnifique panorama sur la chaîne des Pyrénées.
C’est parti pour la descente, au programme : virages relevés, sauts, franchissements d’obstacles, freinage… Adrénaline garantie !

NIVEAU : selon le niveau du groupe – débutant ou expert-, le moniteur organise une journée aux petits oignons. Ici le VTTAE est d’une grande aide pour des montées plus ludiques.
Dépaysement total grâce à cette journée en Espagne sur le site légendaire de la Zona Zero.
La Zona Zero, c’est le paradis pour VTTistes étendu sur des centaines de km créés par un groupe de bénévoles locaux passionnés.
Ils ont nettoyé, balisé, une multitude de chemins arpentant leur territoire fabuleux et sauvage.
La Zona Zero, c’est 10 zones qui rassemblent toutes les routes historiques, avec 5 niveaux de difficultés.
Des circuits très variés tant au niveau du décor qu’au niveau de la difficulté technique.
Des parcours extraordinaires pour les passionnés de VTT, avec des paysages magiques. Vous ne serez jamais déçu !
Les circuits dévoilent de superbes singles précédés de montées bien souvent exigeantes, pour rejoindre de fabuleux miradors sur les Pyrénées – la Pena Montanesa – le lac Mediano… Des sentiers forestiers aux parois abruptes, des forêts de pins ou plateaux lunaires avec les fameuses terres grises. Des traversées de rios, de canyons pour profiter d’une pause dans les vasques aux eaux tièdes…
Nous aurons plaisir à découvrir les trésors aragonais tels que des petits hameaux authentiques et reculés, ainsi que des vestiges de l’histoire souvent bien conservés dans un décor sauvage.
La plupart du temps, nous privilégions un départ depuis Ainsa (environ à 1h de Saint-Lary) charmante ville Aragonaise avec son centre historique préservé par le temps, nous prendrons le départ pour l’un des nombreux itinéraires vélos appartenant à la ZONA ZERO.
Ensuite, une petite pause déjeuner sera la bienvenue. A prévoir ensemble : un pique-nique ou restaurant (beaucoup sont équipés pour recevoir les vététistes : garage vélo, lieu de charge pour VTTAE…).
L’après-midi se poursuivra avec un 2nd circuit VTT, avant de reprendre la route pour St Lary.

This beautiful return itinerary is ideal for exploring the Etang de Léon, close to the Etang d'Huchet.

Explore the pine forests of the Landes via Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton.
We set off from Lac d'Hossegor in the direction of Seignosse, turning quickly onto roads through the forest.
We join up with some lovely paths and forest tracks to head back down towards the market town of Soorts and then straight on to Capbreton.
Once we're in Capbreton, we'll head slowly back towards Lac d'Hossegor along the cycle paths.

From the Joe Bike shop, we leave the car park and head left along the cycle path towards Soorts.
We're heading towards Hossegor, and at the supermarket we cross the road and then the car park to get behind the supermarket.
Once behind us, we can begin the climb leading directly onto all the forest tracks.
At the end of the route, watch out for the sandy descent leading straight back to the main road.

Leaving the Pins Tranquilles car park, we take the road alongside the Etiquette restaurant, on the way to Lac d'Hossegor.
We continue straight ahead to reach Parc Rosny. Once we reach Parc Rosny, we turn right to join the road alongside the lake. We skirt part of the lake before forking right to reach Super Hossegor. Be careful on the way up, but there's an extraordinary view from the top. On the way back, we continue around the lake before reaching the beautiful district on the other side of the lake. There are many breathtaking villas. Finally, we set off together to breathe in the sea air and discover a rather pleasant square, from which you might be lucky enough to see some dolphins. We return quietly to the car park, following the cycle path that leads to the Canal d'Hossegor bridge.

Discover some of the wonders of the Landes region.
We start by skirting the port of Capbreton before heading through part of the pine forest towards Labenne.
At Labenne, we join the Marais d'Orx nature reserve for an exceptional crossing.
We continue along the road towards Angresse and then Soorts.
We join the Soorts cycle path, skirting the Hossegor golf course before returning to the port of Capbreton.

Lovely mountain bike loop in the Seignosse woods, on a track with good access.
From the Etang Noir Nature Reserve car park, we set off in the direction of the reserve house, but we stayed on the road.
On our left is the entrance to a forest track, which we take.
We continue through the forest on a carriage road for the whole loop.
We cross the road to join the route on the north side of the forest.
We return to the start car park via the route des étangs.

Beautiful mountain bike loop in the woods near the Seignosse ponds. Enjoy the calm and beauty of the surroundings. There are plenty of Tucs to give you a sense of height. From the Etang Noir Nature Reserve car park, we set off in the direction of the reserve house, but we stay on the road.
We take the route des étangs on our right, following it until we enter the forest not far from the CCAS holiday village. We take this path as far as the crossroads with the road, where we continue straight on to get closer to the Etang Blanc. Arriving at the white pond, we have a magnificent view of the Tonnes (hunter's hut, used for duck hunting).
We then return to the deeper forest paths. We stay on this path to reach the village.

We set off from the Etang Noir nature reserve car park, heading for Seignosse Le Penon.
We follow Seignosse Océan from north to south to reach Lac d'Hossegor. Once in Hossegor, we make the loop around Lac d'Hossegor, which takes us to some beautiful viewpoints.
It's a nice little break, before heading back down from the Hydrangea du Lac area.
Once back down, we take the lakeside road back to Soorts Bourg.
From Soorts, we head back towards Seignosse Bourg to complete our outing.

We set off from Seignosse bourg to complete a loop between Seignosse and Soustons. We start our route in Seignosse, heading towards Soustons.
On our way, we first follow the cycle path to Vieux Boucau, then turn right to join the cycle path to Soustons, through the forest.
Once in Soustons, we take the Etang d'Hardy road to Seignosse.
On the way back, we pass by Hardy pond, then White pond and Black pond.
We reach the town of Seignosse.
